Brick Finance is a boutique corporate finance firm that specializes in finance solutions for small to mid cap companies. Such solutions include equity and mezzanine structures. The company also focuses on finance structures for real estate investors and developers. Brick Finance is currently active in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany.

Founded in 2003, Brick Finance is a fully independent, finance consultancy firm that distinguishes itself by its multidisciplinary approach. Complex finance structures can only be designed by incorporating a sound understanding of banking, finance, tax, legal, business economics and –of course- the business itself. Brick Finance utilizes a strong network of Dutch, German, Swiss, U.K. and other finance institutions, VCs as well as informal investors.

Our services comprise of arranging and structuring senior and mezzanine lending, as well as equity financing. Brick Finance also structures real estate investment funds (REITs), including funds issuing real estate bonds. The company also offers related transaction management and compliance services.
